Sargam Dhawan Bhayana is the Director of Planet Herbs Lifesciences, the third generation of the Dhawan family to lead the company her grandfather Mr. VK Dhawan founded in 2005.

Sargam joined Planet Herbs Lifesciences in 2021. She has been instrumental in expanding the company's reach — from a contract manufacturer trusted by India's leading pharmaceutical companies into a consumer Ayurvedic brand. 

Under Sargam's leadership, the company operates across India, the UAE, and Sri Lanka. She has also led the company’s expansion into D2C retail and quick commerce channels.
